'The Race of the Falling Leaves' is the Autumn Classic and is real test of any cyclist in any era with a tough undulating course which always passes by the Madonna del Ghisallo (patron saint of cyclists). The design reflects the autumnal characteristic of the race. The poster also contains a paragraph of text explaining how the race first came into existence in 1905.
